Providing resources and professional development to advance adult education throughout Minnesota.
While everyone knows that teaching adults is different from teaching children, many Adult Basic Education professionals do not have access to training and resources that are applicable specifically to adult education. Funded by the Minnesota Department of Education, ATLAS brings Hamline University faculty and staff expertise in adult and ESL teacher education to provide best practice resources and professional development for ABE teachers, staff, and administrators across the state.
